Candlelight Yoga is a gentle flow that invites us to practice slowing down and moving with more awareness, mindfulness, and grace.
Class will end with a relaxation and guided meditation practice. Please bring your mat and anything you need to be comfortable - blanket, towel, eye pillow.
Doors will be open at 5:15 pm. Please arrive no later than 5:25 to get set-up for the class and hear any instruction.
