Hi Yoga is a day-long yoga festival focused on all things wellness!
Our 2022, Second Annual Hi Yoga festival will focus on the 8 limbs of yoga.
What are the 8 limbs? Stay tuned...
We will kick off at 8AM with an optional Mindful mile walk within Guthridge Park to tune into all the senses and get the blood flowing.
We will then get into a group yoga session led by Dusty Swehla & Catherine Heberling-Marentez.
Guests will then be able to participate in breakout sessions throughout the day featuring local experts in the field of wellness, mindfulness and yoga.
After lunch, the one and only Natalie Brown will be offering a sound healing session on the main stage for all participants.
We will have a variety of our favorite coffee and food trucks available throughout the festival.
Back by popular demand is our wellness market featuring a variety of vendors throughout the day.
The day will wrap up with another group yoga session on the main stage.
We are SO excited to be able to offer a wellness event of this level to our local community!
