Emmons Street Closure between Center Point Road and 4th Avenue Friday June 22nd. Traffic to follow marked detour on Center Point Road, Blair’s Ferry Road, and 10th Avenue.
HIAWATHA, IA – June 20, 2018 – Emmons Street will be closed starting Friday June 22nd from Center Point Road to 4th Avenue for pavement reconstruction. A detour will be established on Center Point Road, Blair’s Ferry Road, and 10th Avenue. Temporary access will be provided to all businesses. Access to City Hall front driveway and parking lot to remain open. Work to reconstruct Emmons Street will continue for approximately 4 weeks.
Through traffic should expect delays.
