New Customer Information
If you wish to have your account setup for automatic payments, please go to our Community Connect Portal online payment system and register your account online. There you are able to setup your account for automatic withdrawals from a checking or savings account or a credit or debit card. To get registered thru our new Community Connect Portal payment system click on the “Pay Water Bill” link under Helpful Links to the left of this screen. Then click “New User? Create your account” at the bottom of the portal screen. Be sure to have your Customer Number (minus the dash) and your Last Name (IN ALL CAPS), which has been provided to you by the Water Office.
